Offpeak terms of use

Using Offpeak

Use Offpeak lawfully and access only accounts and data you are authorized to use. Do not bypass authentication, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. Keep your account credentials secure and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Job listings and commute estimates

Job descriptions, compensation, locations, and application links come from external listings and can change or expire. Check the current employer listing before applying. Offpeak does not submit applications, represent employers, or guarantee a job, interview, compensation, or hiring outcome.

Driving times are estimates and may differ from an actual trip. Offpeak currently supports driving rather than transit routing.

Accounts, assistants, and saved searches

You choose which account permissions to grant an assistant. Account tools may read or change your saved search location, preferences, bookmarks, and saved searches within those permissions. Review requested changes before authorizing them. You can revoke an assistant connection in your profile.

Email for a saved search is sent to your account email once it is verified. You can turn a saved search's email off or delete the search in your profile, or unsubscribe through its email link. Listing updates and delivery conditions may affect the results and when messages arrive.

Privacy and other services

Our privacy policy explains data collection, use, retention, and account deletion requests. Assistants and linked employer websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Their processing of information is separate from Offpeak's service.

Service changes and contact

Offpeak may update features, available listings, and these terms. The public terms page will show the current effective date. Contact vicente@offpeak.fyi with questions or account requests.
