Offpeak support

Offpeak is published by Vicente Surraco. For help with job search, account access, an assistant connection, or email alerts, email vicente@offpeak.fyi.

Include the steps you took, the approximate time, your browser or assistant, and the error message. Do not send your password, OAuth tokens, or precise home address. For an account request, contact us from your account email so we can verify ownership.

You can turn off saved-search email, delete saved searches, and revoke assistant connections in your profile. Signing out of the website does not disconnect an assistant. Email alerts require a verified email address.

For data access, corrections, or account deletion, email the same address. See our privacy policy for how account data and saved locations are used.
