Residence Building Advisor

This is a live-in role in an under-18 or over - 18 student residence. You will be based on the same Building as your assigned students, and safeguarding sits at the center of everything you do. It is a role that comes with real responsibility; you are a trusted adult in the daily life of students who are away from home, often for the first time, and it suits someone who is mature, reliable, and genuinely good with people.

Growth Opportunities

We promote from within. Strong performers are regularly considered for Deputy Head Building Advisor and Head Building Advisor positions, roles with real leadership scope that people in this position have already stepped into. We will support you in working towards them from day one.
