Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, travelers, and manufacturing documentation.

• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment.

• Record production and quality information in ProShop ERP.

• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to meet production schedules.

• Participate in training and continuously develop manufacturing skills.

Qualifications

We're interested in candidates at all experience levels.

Qualifications may include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Manufacturing or CNC machining experience preferred but not required.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments is preferred for more advanced roles.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to use hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
