(LCSW) Social Work Educator

Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. This Education Department role helps ensure clinical excellence in home-based social services.  You will:

• Define strategic learning initiatives to advance Social Work and Spiritual Care practice
• Design, create, curate and implement trainings and supplemental materials
• Be part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary training team
• Explore and implement optimal learning & development frameworks
• Collaborate with clinicians, leaders and community experts
• Create new pathways to improve patient and employee experience
• Support organizational culture, development and sustainability
• Extend supervisory hours to ASWs, contributing to the next generation of LCSWs

Schedule: 

Tuesday - Thursday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location:

Hybrid - 2 days onsite required in any one of our Larkspur, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Mateo or Pleasanton Offices; 1 day remote

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Education/Experience:

• Master of Social Worker required.
• Minimum of five years Clinical social work experience or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

LCSW required

Pay Range:

$46.60 - $58.35 hourly
