If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering top-tier hospitality, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms to Aloft brand standards.
- Amenities Replenishment: Restock room supplies, linens, and complimentary items for arriving guests.
- Cart Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping cart throughout the shift.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests, ensuring an exceptional stay.
- Safety & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to leadership.
- 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility: A strong commitment to open scheduling and a 7-day work week.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weight, and stand/walk for extended periods.
