- Load and unload trailers to ensure timely receipt of incoming shipments.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, accuracy, and potential damage.
- Count and verify incoming items against bills of lading and packing slips.
- Transfer, replenish, and organize product within the distribution center and between facilities.
- Escalate receiving or inventory concerns when needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and other cross-functional groups.
- Support inventory, kitting, and quality functions when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with distribution center standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to help meet business needs.
- General PC knowledge.
- Completion of Emerson-required training and certification for powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, standing crown pick trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
