Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Civil Project Engineer to lead complex civil engineering projects in our growing New York office, located in Tribeca. This senior-level role is ideal for an engineer ready to take full ownership of project delivery, strengthen and expand client relationships, and help drive the continued growth of our practice.

At KPFF, you’ll manage diverse projects from start to finish, mentor a talented team, and play an active role in developing new business, all while leveraging KPFF’s strong reputation in the AEC industry. As you grow with us, you’ll also have opportunities to pursue pathways to ownership, reflecting our commitment to rewarding leadership and long-term contributions.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the office three days a week for client meetings, collaboration, and professional development. While we offer flexibility, this is not a fully remote position. In-person time is especially important for building client trust, mentoring staff, and strengthening team relationships.
