Job Description: Sr. Creative Project Manager

This role is based in our BiC office, with the expectation of working in the office at least 2-3 days per week on average.

The C&D Creative Project Manager (CPM) is an expert in navigating C&D processes, creative workflows, and deliverables. Operating at the intersection of creative vision and operational rigor, you will take the baton from Design Project Managers (DPMs) at key New Product Introductions (NPI) design gates to shepherd the creative toolkits and campaigns for product launches and brand activations. 

Acting as an organizer, critical thinker, and proactive problem solver, the CPM goes beyond simple task tracking. You will be the link between business, creative, and content teams—making sure projects move forward smoothly and everyone stays informed through planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and ensuring global resource allocation is executed flawlessly, bringing marketing campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management for Brand & Creative Deliverables: Seamlessly handle the hand-off from Design PMs into the Creative campaign schedules. Build and maintain project schedules in Asana, integrating asset production schedules provided by Creative Producers to ensure all marketing deliverables ladder up to BG PR, on-shelf, and launch dates.
• Scope & Workflow Intake: Manage Brand & Creative (B&C) intake and briefs, adjusting project workflows based on deliverable types (video, stills, CG/AI, or ad-hoc assets).
• Risk & Scope Control: Track timelines and project drift, maintain Change Logs with Producers and Brand Activation, and lead proactive risk escalations.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate post-campaign retrospectives to capture key learnings and refine C&D operational workflows.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously map and refine project management processes to align with organizational goals and evolving strategic needs.

Operational Coordination & Review Cadence

• Review Facilitation: Schedule and lead internal C&D creative reviews (ensuring Strategy and Creative Director sign-off) and Business Group milestone review meetings.
• Documentation & Asset Handoff: Record and distribute actionable notes and decisions within 24 hours of all reviews/ team meetings.  Maintain structured Google Drive repositories, manage toolkit delivery, and partner with Asset Management for final upload of toolkits in our Brand Portal. 
• Communication Rhythm: Set up project Slack channels with structured bookmarks, meeting registers, etc.  Run daily/weekly C&D team stand-ups, publish weekly One-Pagers, and co-lead BG status meetings alongside Producers and Brand Activation Leads.

• Cross-Discipline Alignment: Align workflows across Creative, Strategy, Brand Activation, Content Production and BG Marketing Teams.
• Conflict Resolution:  Synthesize conflicting feedback from global stakeholders into actionable decisions. Translate complex project trade-offs into objective options to support decision-making.
• AI Toolstack Management: Manage and leverage project management AI assistants and agents to automate administrative tasks, driving efficiency and shifting focus toward strategic, high-value operations.

Key Qualifications

• Campaign Management: Proven track record blending creative expectations with operational rigor to manage high-profile campaigns and content for recognized brands or entertainment studios from concept through delivery.
• Creative Scenario Planning and Ways of Working: A deep understanding of creative and production teams, and overall R&Rs at each stage of the campaign process.. Experience leading the complete schedule of a creative campaign (from briefing and concept development to production and final delivery), including scenario planning. Ability to partner closely with creative and strategy leads to achieve creative objectives while aligning budget and timing requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to align multi-stakeholder initiatives, turn complex operational challenges into clear narratives, and ensure on-time delivery across globally distributed teams.
• Tool & AI Proficiency: Deep expertise in Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack. High proficiency with modern AI tools and agents to automate administrative project tasks.
• Composure & EQ: Maintains a steady, calm demeanor in high-volume, multi-project environments. Strong emotional intelligence for resolving cross-functional friction and navigating cultural nuances across distributed and global teams.
