The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the Sales & Marketing Team!

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least two (2) years of administrative/coordinator work experience.
• Strong organizational & communication skills, as well as the ability work in an environment with multiple priorities. 
• Previous Contract and Hospitality experience is a PLUS!

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
• Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers
• Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
