What the Candidate Will Do
Responsible for developing Ads products for the Mobility business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, operations) to create innovative solutions for advertising
Drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement through successful ad products
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad products
Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising partners to drive business growth
Monitor and report on ad performance, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully delivering products in the consumer and/or ads space.
- Demonstrated experience building ads products and driving measurable business growth.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across engineering, design, data science, and business teams to bring products to life.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and decisions to a range of stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret metrics, identify insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to lead product development from strategy through execution and successful launch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Domain expertise in digital advertising businesses
- Passionate about Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
- Strategic 0-to-1 experience: Generating innovative ideas for new product areas and incorporating customer feedback into long-term visions.
- Global experience: Building and launching products that bridge digital and physical worlds across diverse regional contexts.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
