Tulane Research Innovation in Arrhythmia Discovery (TRIAD) seeks a highly organized, mission-driven Section Administrator III to serve as an operational leader for a dynamic center dedicated to advancing research, collaboration, and impact. This role is ideal for a strategic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment and can effectively manage financial and administrative operations, personnel and cross-departmental priorities. This individual will serve as a central point of connection for faculty, staff, fellows, students, and external partners, translating leadership priorities into effective execution and ensuring that the Center's operational foundation supports its broader goals. Candidates should bring strong judgment, financial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and ensure appropriate follow-through and accountability.

The successful candidate will be energized by the opportunity to build systems, improve workflows, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the Center. They will oversee key operational and financial processes, support and develop staff, partner with leadership on planning and execution, and help foster a collaborative, responsive, and welcoming environment.
