- Ticket sales and Distribution to students, faculty, staff, and the general public
- Distributing tickets through various channels (online, ticket Office, etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service to patrons purchasing tickets
- Answering inquiries about events, ticket availability, seating, etc
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to ticket sales and distribution
- Ability to Provide friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service
- Skill in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Maintaining order and efficiency in the Ticketing process during busy periods
- Clear and effective Communication with patrons, coworkers, and supervisors
- Comfortable with Ticketing Software or Ability to quickly learn and navigate new Software systems
