Job Description:
- Facilitate, connect, and foster relationships between staff and prospective students and their families
- Assist in the planning & execution of all aspects of the recruiting department
- Effectively lead campus tours to prospective student-athletes and their families
- Assist in the daily football recruiting operations and perform various tasks as assigned
- Assist in the management and data entry of the recruiting database for prospective football student-athletes
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and exhibit TU spirit!
- Punctual to all football events, gamedays, official/unofficial visits
- Effective communication skills with coaches, staff, and prospective students and their families
- Problem solving and solutions based ideas
- Must be open to work weekend and possible night events
