How you'll contribute

A Surgical Technologist excels in this role:

• Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment and supplies.

• Ensure clinical supplies are stocked and readily available.

• Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies and department standards.

• Passes instruments to physician during surgery. Continually accounts for number and location of instruments and supplies during surgery.

What we're looking for

 EDUCATION/Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• State Registered Nursing Assistant (SRNA) certification preferred or

• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification preferred.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) – Required

• Handle With Care Certification – Preferred
