Our sales professionals focus on relationship building as they provide our guests the opportunity to purchase world-class destinations. This position allows you to meet with our owners face to face, build rapport, tour our magnificent resort & amenities, and ask them to become a part of our family by purchasing today.

 What You’ll Do:

• Present vacation ownership opportunities to generate sales volume with confidence and integrity
• Connect with guests and learn about their travel dreams to offer the best options to meet their needs
• Lead property tours and showcase our stunning model units
• Stay sharp with weekly sales meetings and training sessions

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
• Previous sales and marketing experience in luxury goods, insurance, hospitality, finance, or services sector.
• California Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations
