At RH we believe deeply that the "right" people are our greatest asset. We value people with high energy, who possess the ability to energize others. People who are smart, creative and have a point of view. People who see the answer in every problem, versus those who see the problem in every answer. People who are driven, determined and won't take "no" for an answer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.
RH is seeking a Product Development Leader to drive the creation of new products and refinement of existing designs within our dining assortment. This individual will collaborate with internal and external partners to bring exceptional products to life, guiding the entire development lifecycle from initial concept and ideation through design drawings, sketch iterations, sample reviews, and final product execution. The ideal candidate brings a discerning eye for design, a passion for craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of furniture product development.
This is a design-driven, physical product development role, not engineering, technology, or software product development. We are seeking individuals whose expertise lies in furniture design, materials, manufacturing, and the art of bringing beautifully conceived products to life.
