First California Physician Partners invites you to join a growing, physician-led OB/GYN team embedded within one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. You'll practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a resource-rich environment built to support both you and your patients at the highest level. • Full-time, employed position with full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Robotic surgery capabilities with 2 dedicated operating rooms
• Average daily patient census of 20–25 patients
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• 25 labor and delivery rooms; Level III NICU on-site
• On-site Laborist team, neonatologists, hospitalist pediatricians, and MFM
• In-office ultrasound available
• Clinic located in close proximity to Desert Regional Medical Center — the region's only Level I trauma center

• Competitive salary range of $310,000–$450,000, based on qualifications, experience, and productivity

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
