Concrete Plant Loader Operator with CDL- Harriman, TN

Rogers Group Inc. is currently seeking a Ready-Mix Loader Operator with CDL for our plant located in Harriman, TN. This position reports to the Plant Manager. The successful candidate loads, stocks, and manages aggregate materials to support safe and efficient ready-mix concrete production while operating heavy equipment and maintaining plant housekeeping. This role also requires a valid CDL and the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver ready-mix concrete products, transport materials, and provide customer service support as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, equipment care, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Job Details:

• Operate a front-end loader to load aggregate bins and maintain material stockpiles.
• Monitor aggregate levels to ensure uninterrupted concrete production.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the plant.
• Assist with plant maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with plant personnel to support production schedules.
• Load and move materials safely and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safe operating practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Valid CDL driver's license required.
• Experience in aggregate, concrete, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
