Digital Marketing Specialist (Las Vegas)

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports efforts to improve the customer acquisition journey across digital channels, from initial customer engagement through registration and first deposit.

This role is a unique opportunity to work at the center of digital acquisition, partnering closely with Analytics, Product, Creative, MarTech, CRM, and Paid Media teams to connect performance insights with real customer experience improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and excited to develop a 360-degree view of Caesars Digital Acquisition marketing. 

Acquisition Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor customer acquisition performance across web, app, and paid media channels.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas of friction.
• Support initiatives focused on improving registration, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Provide recommendations based on acquisition performance and customer behavior.
• Use AI-enabled tools to help analyze performance trends, streamline reporting, and support customer acquisition recommendations.

Audience & Campaign Support

• Support audience activation initiatives across paid media channels.
• Assist with audience performance analysis and reporting.
• Help identify opportunities to improve audience effectiveness.
• Partner with internal teams and agency partners to support acquisition initiatives.

Testing & Performance Insights

• Support testing initiatives across audiences, creative, landing pages, and customer acquisition experiences.
• Monitor test performance and document results and learnings.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to evaluate performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

Measurement & Attribution Support

• Support AppsFlyer management and attribution initiatives, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, platform enhancements, and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Help monitor tracking and performance data across acquisition platforms.
• Partner with Analytics, MarTech, and Product teams to investigate data discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation related to acquisition tracking and measurement processes.

App Store & Acquisition Experience Support

• Support App Store creative optimization initiatives, including creative testing, messaging updates, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor App Store and acquisition experience performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Creative, Product, and Marketing teams to support acquisition experience enhancements.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop and maintain recurring acquisition reports and dashboards.
• Support analytics intake and coordinate requests with internal partners.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, MarTech, CRM, and Media teams on acquisition initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, paid media, customer acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with digital marketing performance data and reporting.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with digital acquisition channels and customer acquisition concepts.
• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, or marketing technology platforms.
• Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), audience targeting, or testing initiatives.
• Experience in gaming, sportsbook, iGaming, ecommerce, or another performance marketing environment.
