Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Days. Scheduled shifts are 5:00am-1:30pm, Monday - Friday. Weekends and holidays may be required. You will work at the University Hospital.

Work as a talented culinary expert to compose and prepare meals from scratch. You will be responsible for hot and cold food production in a high-volume kitchen. Enjoy this fast-paced, team environment while being able to quickly problem-solve and make decisions.

We are seeking a Lead Food Production Cook to:

Oversee daily grill production.
Ensure high-quality food preparation while maintaining safety, efficiency, company standards
Support kitchen operations

Qualifications

No minimum education Required
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred
Associate's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition Preferred

Work Experience

3 years food service, hospitality, or customer service experience Required
6 months leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

SERV Safe Certification required within three (3) months of obtaining position Required
