Physical (Outpatient) (Level I) Therapist, Rehab Therapy

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F, variable shifts. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital. 

This position is eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required

• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
• CPR certification. Required
