What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to develop and grow our Food & Feed business. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent sales capabilities to deliver innovative ingredient solutions, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sustainable business growth.

What do we expect from the candidate?

You will act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their technical challenges and providing value-added solutions. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

The key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Food & Feed customer portfolio.

• Achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Provide technical recommendations and application support.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate with supply chain and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.

• Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and industry regulations.

If you possess…

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Nutrition, or a related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of food and feed ingredients and applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• A customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

• The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Must-Have

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application support within the Food & Feed industry.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong business development and account management skills.

• Commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

• Fluent written and verbal English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with specialty ingredients, additives, enzymes, preservatives, flavors, nutritional products, or feed additives.

• Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing.

• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of food and feed regulatory requirements and quality standards.
