We are currently hiring for our new Glamping and Members Club “91 Athens Riviera”, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience, located in the area of Voula in Athens.

Public Area Coordinator

The Role:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Public Area Coordinator to join our hospitality group.

The ideal candidate will coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the hotel’s public areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation. The role includes organizing daily tasks, monitoring cleaning standards, coordinating with the Housekeeping team, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with the hotel’s hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements

Some of the responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily cleaning activities across all hotel public areas.
• Organize and assign daily tasks to Public Area Attendants.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and ensure the proper use of equipment and materials.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Useful to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping or Public Area operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Previous experience in coordinating daily tasks or working within a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and cleaning equipment.

• Must be detail oriented, have ability to communicate well with all levels within and outside the organization, and be able to problem-solve with employees and guests.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstance
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude and a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
