As a Java Full Stack - Senior Associate you will develop and support software solutions within our Software Engineering practice, using modern development approaches across design, coding, testing, and deployment. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and business understanding. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to digital transformation efforts by building applications that support client needs, applying critical thinking to resolve technical challenges, and maintaining alignment with project objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Developing Java full stack applications across client engagements, from requirements analysis through design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Building scalable user interfaces and service layers using Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, REST services, and related application frameworks
- Translating functional needs into technical solutions, data models, and integration patterns for modern application landscapes
- Performing code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to address defects and improve application stability
- Applying CI/CD pipelines, version control, and application lifecycle management practices to support efficient delivery
- Collaborating with client teams to interpret feedback, clarify requirements, and adjust technical approaches as priorities change
- Supporting test planning, test automation, and acceptance testing to validate application behavior and release readiness
- Contributing to cloud-native and on-premise modernization efforts, including microservices design and system integration
- Mentoring junior team members by sharing coding approaches, design patterns, and problem-solving methods
- Interpreting data and technical findings to inform recommendations, identify risks, and guide delivery decisions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
