Quality Technician

岗位职责：

• 负责所有QMS不同载体有效文件的收集、发放和保管，包括文件共享、版本维护和资料归档，确保质量体系文件受控、完整、易于查找。
• 负责所有QMS文件作废版本的处置。
• 负责公司内部各类证书、体系运行记录归档文件的管理，保证易于查找。 
• 文件管理软件的维护。
• 协助公司质量管理体系的推进，参与内审、管理评审的推进，负责相关记录的收集、整理和保存。
• 支持外部审核相关工作，包括审核资料查找、后勤安排、审核应对及其他必要支持，能够独立应对简单的周期性检查。
• 支持部门内部资料准备、数据统计、采购申请、考勤统计等辅助性工作。
• 领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

• 大专或以上学历，具备英文阅读能力
• 3年以上制造业工作经验，有医疗、汽车、强制性认证产品等特殊行业经验更佳
• 熟悉质量管理体系对于文档管控的要求，具备文档管理的经验
• 细心，有耐心，责任心强
• 沟通、表达能力强，具备学习意愿和能力
