We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager with a strong understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding individual financial goals, and providing tailored financial solutions to support wealth creation and preservation.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills, along with strong analytical abilities to assess financial information and recommend suitable strategies. The candidate should be self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while contributing to business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, investment objectives, and risk appetite.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, financial requirements, and service-related requests.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to strengthen engagement and identify opportunities to enhance client relationships.
• Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction through timely communication, personalised support, and proactive relationship management.

2. Wealth Management and Financial Planning

• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
• Support clients in developing financial plans aligned with their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term goals.
• Provide relevant insights on investment strategies, portfolio allocation, and wealth creation opportunities.
• Monitor client requirements and changing financial priorities to recommend appropriate adjustments in consultation with relevant financial experts.

3. Financial Analysis and Advisory

• Analyse financial information, investment objectives, and relevant market developments to support informed recommendations.
• Assess client portfolios and identify opportunities to improve investment alignment with their financial goals.
• Provide clear explanations of financial products, investment options, and associated risks.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to address complex financial requirements and deliver suitable client solutions.

4. Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the relationship lifecycle.
• Proactively address client concerns and coordinate resolutions within agreed timelines.
• Build trust through transparency, responsiveness, and a thorough understanding of client expectations.

5. Business Development and Relationship Growth

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and expand the portfolio of clients served.
• Build referral networks and leverage professional relationships to generate potential business opportunities.
• Work towards relationship management, client retention, and business growth objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and wealth management practices to strengthen client engagement.
