About the Opportunity
We are seeking two experienced Principal Consultants to join our Melbourne Workforce Transformation (WX) practice and support continued growth across key client engagements.
This role is ideally suited to senior consulting professionals with deep expertise in Organisational Change Management (OCM) and business transformation. Successful candidates will bring a proven ability to lead large-scale change initiatives, build trusted executive relationships, and guide organisations through complex transformation programs.
Exposure to industries such as Financial Services (FSI) and Customer, Media & Telecommunications (CMT) is highly desirable. However, we are seeking change leaders who have successfully delivered transformation outcomes within these sectors, rather than specialists focused solely on industry domain expertise.

Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies, frameworks, and plans.
Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and sustained business outcomes.
Provide strategic advice across people, process, operating model, culture, and transformation initiatives.
Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change impact assessments.
Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and account expansion.
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing consulting teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and the continued growth of the Workforce Transformation capability.

What We're Looking For
Extensive consulting experience within a leading consulting firm or professional services organisation.
Demonstrated expertise in Organisational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Business Transformation.
Proven track record leading complex enterprise transformation programs and change initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with experience engaging senior executives and business leaders.
Experience developing and implementing change strategies across large-scale transformation environments.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills.
Experience building, coaching, and developing consulting teams.
Commercial acumen with experience supporting business growth and client development.
Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering sustainable client outcomes.

Preferred Experience
Experience leading transformation initiatives within Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media, or other large enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
Experience supporting digital, technology, operating model, workforce, or culture transformation programs.
Established professional network within Melbourne and the broader Australian market.
Relevant change management certifications (Prosci, APMG Change Management, or equivalent) are highly regarded.

Why Join Us?
Opportunity to shape and grow a leading Workforce Transformation practice.
Lead high-impact transformation engagements across Australia's leading organisations.
Work alongside experienced consulting professionals and industry leaders.
Be part of a culture that values curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
