We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Ads Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns for a portfolio of 80–100 online sellers. This role will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace advertising management, from campaign setup and optimisation to performance analysis and seller communication.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing marketplace brands and seller accounts, with strong expertise in Amazon PPC advertising. You will work closely with sellers and Account Managers to develop advertising strategies, improve campaign performance, optimise budgets, and drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Own advertising strategy and execution for a portfolio of 80–100 sellers, managing campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Campaign Setup and Onboarding: Set up advertising campaigns for newly onboarded sellers within defined timelines, including account audits, campaign structuring, keyword research, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
• Performance Optimisation: Optimise campaigns on a weekly or fortnightly basis through bid adjustments, budget management, keyword harvesting, negative targeting, wasted-spend reduction, and budget pacing.
• Advertising Performance: Drive improvements in Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACOS), conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Portfolio Management: Use advertising platforms, bulk operations, and automation tools to manage multiple seller accounts efficiently while maintaining campaign quality and consistency.
• Seller Relationship Management: Work directly with sellers to develop advertising plans, recommend budgets, conduct performance reviews, and resolve campaign-related queries in collaboration with Account Managers.
• Growth Planning: Partner with Account Managers to align advertising objectives with each seller's Joint Business Plan (JBP), track progress, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Budget Expansion: Identify sellers who could benefit from increased advertising investment and recommend campaign expansion strategies to improve visibility, sales, and profitability.
• Business Development Support: Conduct advertising audits and provide campaign performance insights to support seller acquisition and business development initiatives.
• Process Development: Build scalable advertising playbooks, campaign templates, category-specific strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists.
• Reporting and Analytics: Prepare monthly seller-level performance summaries and portfolio-wide dashboards, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on marketplace advertising developments, platform changes, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
• Strong command of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, including campaign structures, keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget optimisation.
• Practical experience managing multiple marketplace seller accounts and online brands.
• Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console and Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of advertising metrics, including ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Cost Per Click (CPC).
• Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple sellers and product categories.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced working knowledge of Excel, including bulk-sheet operations and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain advertising performance and recommendations to sellers and internal stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Sponsored Display campaigns and advanced audience-targeting strategies.
• Familiarity with advertising research and automation tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with marketplace advertising agencies, seller service providers, or seller account management teams.
• Knowledge of campaign automation, bulk optimisation workflows, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Experience developing standardised advertising processes for large seller portfolios.

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads or PPC campaign management experience.
• Previous experience managing marketplace brands and seller accounts is mandatory.
• Experience working in an agency, marketplace seller services, or seller account management environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sizeable advertising budgets, optimise campaign performance, and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
