Project Manager - Senior

Our leaders shape strategic initiatives, develop passionate teams, and work to improve health outcomes. They advance our mission and exemplify excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose in all that they do. Indiana University Health is seeking a high-level strategic individual who embodies these values to join our Human Resources Administration team in the role of Project Manager – Senior.

Description

The Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority, complex, and enterprise-wide portfolios of projects that directly support and advance the organization's overarching talent strategy. Based at our Fairbanks Hall in a hybrid capacity, they will act as a high-level strategic partner to the Chief of Staff, HR, and Human Resources Vice Presidents to effectively frame, organize, and execute critical HR business initiatives.

This is a true project management discipline role requiring an expert who brings established structure, rigor, and formalized PM methodologies to ambiguous bodies of work. This manager will own quality assurance, resource oversight, and reporting frameworks to ensure milestones are delivered within scope, on timeline, and aligned with future organizational needs.

The ideal candidate is an expert communicator and transformational change agent who can seamlessly pivot between rigorous operational execution and strategic forward-thinking. They excel at turning ambiguity into structured, actionable project plans, and they thrive in a collaborative environment where teams handle high-stakes priorities.
