As Head of Global Aftermarket Sales (m/f/d), you will lead TAKRAF's global aftermarket business and play a key role in driving sustainable growth across international markets.

With responsibility for service solutions, modernization projects, and spare parts sales, you will shape commercial strategies, strengthen customer partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities throughout the lifecycle of our equipment and systems.

Leading an international team, you will combine strategic leadership, technical expertise, and commercial excellence to enhance customer value and further position TAKRAF as a trusted global partner in the mining and bulk material handling industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Aftermarket Sales team with full disciplinary and functional responsibility
• Define and implement global aftermarket sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth
• Drive sales activities for service solutions, modernization projects, retrofits, and spare parts across international markets
• Develop and implement service concepts aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities to further expand TAKRAF's aftermarket portfolio
• Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and cost calculations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during bid preparation and lead customer meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Ensure the successful execution of service projects with regard to quality, schedule, budget, change management, and claim management
  

Your Profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• More than 15 years of experience in international mechanical and plant engineering environments
• Proven leadership experience in aftermarket sales, service, business development, or related functions
• Strong technical expertise combined with sound commercial and financial understanding
• Extensive experience in proposal management, project execution, contract management, and claim management
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and intercultural leadership skills
• Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a strong drive for continuous improvement
• High willingness to travel internationally and operate successfully in a global business environment
• Good working knowledge of SAP and CAD applications
• Professional English language skills at C1-C2 level

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des globalen Aftermarket-Sales-Teams
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Vertriebsstrategien zur nachhaltigen Steigerung des Aftermarket-Geschäfts
• Verantwortung für den Vertrieb von Serviceleistungen, Modernisierungsprojekten, Retrofits und Ersatzteilen in internationalen Märkten
• Entwicklung und Implementierung kundenorientierter Servicekonzepte zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Identifikation und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
• Beobachtung relevanter Marktentwicklungen sowie aktive Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zur Weiterentwicklung des Aftermarket-Geschäfts
• Verantwortung für die Erstellung technischer und kommerzieller Angebote einschließlich Preis- und Kostenkalkulation
• Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams während der Angebotsphase sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Kundengesprächen, Präsentationen und Vertragsverhandlungen
  Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung hinsichtlich Qualität, Termin-, Budget-, Change- und Claim-Management

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Mehr als 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung im internationalen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
• Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung im Service-, Aftermarket-, Vertriebs- oder Business-Development-Umfeld
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit fundierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen
• Umfassende Erfahrung in der Angebotsbearbeitung, Projektabwicklung sowie im Vertrags- und Claim-Management
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
• Strategisches Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln, Entscheidungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen erfolgreich voranzutreiben
• Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem globalen Umfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie grundlegende CAD-Kenntnisse
  Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf Niveau C1-C2
