MARKETING GRAPHIC DESIGNER I - CB & VR - FULL TIME - VARIED SHIFT

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:  21 years old

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:  Valid Driver’s License, and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old), and Proof of Unexpired Personal Vehicle Insurance Coverage.

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Create graphic art and visual content for our organization. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Demonstrated prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency with design software and basic digital imaging; willingness to expand technical skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and internal clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and brand guidelines. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with occasional supervisor support. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment and receptive to feedback. Portfolio or examples of design work (personal projects, coursework, or internship experience acceptable). Demonstrates a strong desire to learn technical printing processes and equipment operations under mentorship.

Preferred qualifications: Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. 6-12 months of design experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role). Familiarity with HTML5 and basic web design concepts. Experience in a marketing or creative industry role. Exposure to video editing or motion graphics software.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrate commitment to Company values and professional standards at all times.

• Receive and clarify art requests from various departments and teams.

• Coordinate with team members to organize and prioritize design requests and project timelines.

• Create graphics, logos, layouts, and illustrations for promotional materials, signage, and digital content.

• Design and develop social media graphics, posts, and visual content to support marketing campaigns and brand presence across multiple platforms.

• Manage social media assets and ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all channels.

• Edit, enhance, and prepare images through photography and scanning of promotional items and assets.

• Support the creative team with design concepts and visual explorations under mentorship.

• Research current design trends and brand evolution to maintain visual consistency and market relevance.

• Explore new design tools, software features, and techniques to improve workflow and creative output.

• Assist with preparing files for print, web, and multimedia applications.

• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is typically performed in an office environment. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Tasks will be performed from a sitting position. Work may be performed in various areas of the facility. Work may entail trained chemical usage. The work area is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
