We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an IT Technical Support. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users, ensuring the effective operation of IT infrastructure, workplace technology, and collaboration tools. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience supporting hardware, software, networking, and end-user services in a corporate environment.
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or End User Support roles
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, internet connectivity, and network troubleshooting
- Intermediate user proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in Portuguese and English B1
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve service requests and incidents related to IT assets and workplace technologies
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, both onsite and remotely
- Support workstation hardware, including laptops, zero clients, and other end-user devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and standard corporate applications
- Provide support for local network connectivity, internet access, IP telephony, and client connectivity issues
- Maintain and support printing services and audiovisual equipment, including videoconferencing solutions
- Document, implement, and follow standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required
- Collaborate with local and global IT teams to ensure service quality and operational excellence
- Communicate effectively with users at all organizational levels while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
