Role Purpose
Lead growth of Accenture's Infrastructure Engineering & Services business across UKI by originating, shaping and closing strategic cloud, infrastructure and managed services opportunities, while building a high-performing commercial team and strengthening executive client and ecosystem relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, shape and close large-scale cloud, infrastructure and managed services opportunities.
- Build and convert a strong sales pipeline across priority clients, industries and accounts.
- Develop executive relationships with client stakeholders and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team, creating a culture of growth, accountability and excellence.
- Drive growth across Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Operations, Managed Services, Security and Infrastructure Transformation offerings.
- Lead commercial strategy, negotiations and contracting through to signature.
- Partner with Industry, Account and Technology leadership teams to accelerate growth and improve win rates.
Experience
- Strong enterprise technology sales and deal-closing track record.
- Experience in infrastructure services, cloud transformation, managed services and operational modernisation.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent and build scalable growth engines.
- Strong commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success shaping and closing complex transformation opportunities.

- Sales bookings and revenue growth.
- Infrastructure and managed services pipeline creation and conversion.
