Associate Strategy Director, Social Connection

We're seeking a Strategy Supervisor, Social Connections to help connect social, influencer, creative, and paid media work together as one integrated system. This is a hands-on role that supports the day-to-day connections across owned, earned, influencer, and paid channels. You'll bring platform fluency, audience insight, and cultural knowledge to shape how ideas are developed, distributed, and amplified for maximum impact.

What You'll Do

Social & Connections Strategy

• Assist in developing integrated social strategies that connect audience insights, platform behavior, and creator learnings to inform content positioning and media approaches.
• Bring platform intelligence, audience insights, and cultural signals into creative planning conversations to shape stronger strategies and uncover new opportunities.
• Build strategic briefs that guide creative and talent teams on audience strategy, creative direction, casting, and platform best practices. 
• Partner with media and creative teams to ensure social-first thinking is ingrained in daily output, including proactive and reactive opportunities. 

Creative, Creator & Media Integration

• Help shape content strategies, social and influencer briefs, and production plans to ensure assets are developed with both organic engagement and paid amplification in mind.
• Partner with creators and content teams to identify deliverables, formats, and messaging approaches that maximize value across organic, paid, and influencer activations.
• Collaborate with media teams to bring real-time audience insights, platform behaviors, content signals, and creator learnings into media planning and strategy.
• Identify opportunities to maximize the value of media investment by ensuring the right content variations, formats, and audiences are captured during shoots and creator work.

Real-Time Optimization & Strategic Agility

• Monitor performance, platform changes, cultural signals, and audience behavior to identify optimization opportunities and pivot points across owned, earned, influencer, and paid.
• Support rapid-cycle strategy development to respond to platform shifts, algorithm changes, cultural moments, and competitive activity.
• Translate daily performance data and platform signals into actionable recommendations for creative iteration, audience refinement, creator adjustments, and media optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on performance reporting and learnings to build organizational knowledge around what is working and why.

Who You Are

• A social strategist with 5-7 years of experience across planning, influencer strategy, creative strategy, and/or content strategy.
• Deeply fluent in social media, creators, content ecosystems, platform behaviors, and community dynamics. You understand how algorithms work, what drives engagement and virality, and how ideas move across platforms and communities.
• Experienced shaping strategies that connect social, influencer, creative, and media workstreams to drive measurable business outcomes.
• A strong strategic communicator who can present integrated strategy with conviction and translate complex insights into clear client recommendations.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial
• Curious, culturally plugged in, and excited by how ideas move through platforms, communities, creators, and culture.

What We Want to See

• Proven examples of integrated strategy work
• Experience working across owned, earned, influencer, and paid channels and understanding how those channels work together.
• Strong command of social platform dynamics, algorithm mechanics, audience behavior, and creator ecosystems across social platforms
• Experience translating performance data and platform signals into strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence decisions across creative, influencer, media, and client teams.

Salary Range
