Work Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• 4 days on, 4 days off rotation
• Day and night shift opportunities
• Training may take place on either shift

Enjoy a predictable schedule with four consecutive days off between work rotations!

What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you'll help keep our production operations running safely and efficiently. You'll begin by learning how to band and package steel coils, with opportunities to develop additional skills and learn to operate industrial equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Banding, packaging, labeling, and preparing steel coils for movement or shipment
• Assisting with the safe movement of materials throughout the facility
• Learning to operate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment
• Supporting shipping operations and rail movements as needed
• Reading production orders, identifying materials, and verifying quantities
• Inspecting materials for quality and identifying potential issues
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Working with teammates to support production goals

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong commitment to safety, and are eager to learn.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical, repetitive work and stand for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed work instructions
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate industrial equipment
• Valid driver's license

Preferred, but not required:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience
• Experience operating overhead cranes or forklifts
• Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools
