Pay: $36.50 hourly rate | Weekly pay
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm
Location: Covering San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities:
- • Travel 100% between assigned buildings to perform maintenance and repairs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond to emergency service calls and on-call requests
• Complete inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe building operations
• Document all work orders and PMs using CMMS
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate with site contacts
• Follow ABM safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- • Experience as a Mobile Building Engineer, Building Engineer, or Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and building systems
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 100%
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• EPA 608 and OSHA certifications preferred
