Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team supporting Starling Physicians MSO. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to facilitating selection and offer processes. The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and help attract the talent that drives our mission of providing exceptional care to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

Performs full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, resume and application review, phone screening of qualified applicants, coordinating the interview and onboarding process for new hires, and managing the offer process.
Partners with hiring managers to plan and implement recruiting strategies for positions as well as to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Understands and communicates the labor market conditions and the impact on availability of talent in the market; proactively adjusting recruiting strategies to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs and national conferences.
Serves as the contact person for recruitment agencies and develops and manages advertisements of open positions using a variety of media including social media.
Ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collective team.

Maintains up to date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
Travels as needed to various local sites as needed.
