What you'll be doing

You’ll join a team that’s focused on delivering strategic product outcomes that create value for our clients and our business. As a Product Owner, you’ll set the vision, goals, and roadmap for a larger Squad with a broad and complex mission, ensuring alignment with Crew strategy and enterprise priorities. You’ll manage and prioritize a complex backlog, translate business and client needs into actionable requirements, and guide release planning to deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll work closely with partners across Crews, Squads, and business units to navigate risks, resolve dependencies, and keep delivery on track. You’ll also influence product direction through strong relationships, thoughtful decision-making, and a deep understanding of the technology and risk environment. In this role, you’ll provide thought leadership to other Product Owners and help champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
