WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?
✅ Engineering diploma
✅ 2+ years of manufacturing experience (automotive plastics experience preferred)
✅ Knowledge of injection molding, tooling, and assembly processes
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Passion for quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
✅ Ability to reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and optimize production performance
