- Perform engineering analyses and prepare technical memoranda, reports, exhibits, and supporting documentation that clearly communicate modeling assumptions, results, and recommendations
- Compile, review, and integrate GIS, field, flow-monitoring, asset, and operational data to build and maintain accurate models under the guidance of senior technical staff
- Troubleshoot model discrepancies, evaluate alternatives, and apply established engineering practices to support reliable, sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure
- Coordinate assigned modeling tasks, schedules, and deliverables with project teams, communicating risks or data gaps that could affect project progress
- Support client meetings, field investigations, and project delivery activities, taking ownership of defined workstreams with oversight from senior staff or management
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience required
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling principles and the ability to apply engineering judgment to practical water and wastewater system challenges
- Hydraulic modeling experience required
- Experience with GIS and one or more hydraulic modeling platforms, such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater Pro, or InfoWorks ICM; AutoCAD experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred
