Overview

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor/Maitre d' to join our team who will actively lead service, build meaningful guest relationships, and ensure an exceptional dining experience through a strong, visible presence on the dining floor. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will maintain a visible floor presence to engage with guests, assist the Restaurant Manager with training and development of staff, oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive, proactive service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with exceptional leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and demonstrated ability to build positive guest relationships and maintain an engaged presence during peak service. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests and create welcoming interactions
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to model excellent guest service and maintain presence on the dining floor
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
