Operations Administrator

What You'll Do

• Support daily hauling and transportation operations
• Communicate with drivers, helpers, dispatch, and management
• Enter and maintain route, mileage, fuel, productivity, and driver data
• Process route sheets, work orders, DVIRs, tickets, and compliance documentation
• Assist with customer service issues and route updates
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support audits and regulatory requirements
• Organize operational paperwork and maintain filing systems
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and operational communications
• Opportunity to learn dispatch functions and grow within operations
• Other duties as needed 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of administrative or operations support experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Transportation, logistics, trucking, fleet, or waste industry experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety documentation is a plus
