· Starting pay at $23 / hour

Responsibilities:

· Post all deals for our Brunswick location and reconcile commissions

· Daily bank reconciliations for all 5 of our locations

· Manage Accounts Receivables across all locations

· Post the manufacturer billing invoices and reconcile manufacturer statements for all locations

· Manage a variety of different accounting schedules and post accounting adjustments as needed

· Cross-training and backing up other accounting positions as needed

Qualifications:

· Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines

· Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented

· Ability to effectively communicate between multiple dealerships and departments

· Professional appearance and strong work ethic

· Proficient computer skills

· Accounting and/or dealership experience preferred, but we are willing to train and invest in the right candidate!
