We are looking for a Blow Molding Shift Supervisor for the following shift:

Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Full-Time: Monday – Friday + Occasional Overtime as Needed

OnSite: Tampa, FL

JOB SUMMARY

The Blow Molding Supervisor would be responsible for overseeing our team members on the floor throughout shifts. Assist in lead technicians on the team in the installation and repair of Blow Molding machines and manufacturing equipment as needed.

Essential Duties

· Create shift schedules for team members 

· Distribute all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective manner 

· Assess individual team member abilities and aptitudes, incorporate into shift duties to promote happy employees and effective workflows 

· Oversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively during each shift 

· Maintain a work environment that encourages compliance with safety laws and employment guidelines 

· Set performance goals for individual team members, create reward systems and/or contests as needed 

· Ensure production goals are met 

· Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss goals, progress, and any issues in need of resolution 

Required Qualifications

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written 

· Strong leadership skills, extensive experience managing a team 

· Creative problem-solving skills 

· A drive to succeed, motivated 

· Ability to meet deadlines and ensure financial goals are achieved 

· 5+ years of experience in management required 

Work Environment

This job operates in a non-temperature-controlled industrial plant environment. These conditions can vary from hot and cold extremes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving production machinery and vibration. Moderate noise can be expected from forklifts, machinery, trains and trucks. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Regular work will be performed near other workers and production machinery. 

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.  

· Must be able to traverse the entire facility.  

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.  

· Eight-hour shifts required. 

· Over-time required, as needed. 

Personal Protective Equipment

• Slip-resistant, safety-toes shoes.
