KFC is seeking a Franchise Business Leader to partner with franchise organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. This leader will help franchisees strengthen restaurant operations, protect KFC brand and food-safety standards, improve team and customer experiences, and build healthy, sustainable businesses.
You will support an assigned portfolio of markets while leading operational compliance across the broader region. Success requires strong restaurant credibility, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence franchise partners and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and operations leaders, translating KFC priorities into practical market and restaurant action.
Lead operational excellence, brand standards, food safety, and compliance across assigned markets and the broader region.
Use restaurant visits, audits, guest feedback, financial information, and operating metrics to identify gaps, establish corrective actions, and sustain improvement.
Simplify operating standards and training materials so restaurant and above-restaurant teams understand what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
Help franchisees connect great operations with stronger sales, transactions, profitability, and restaurant economics.
Partner across Operations, Food Innovation, Development & Design, People & Culture, Training, and Finance to support new initiatives, restaurant growth, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree required in business, restaurant or hospitality management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive restaurant operations, multi-unit leadership, or related business leadership experience.
Experience partnering with franchise organizations and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, brand standards, compliance, food safety, training, guest experience, and restaurant economics.
Ability to use operational and financial data to identify opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Strong coaching, communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
