At Covéa Insurance, we're here to protect what matters most, from homes and vehicles to businesses and livelihoods. What truly sets us apart is our people and culture.

We're looking for a Risk Business Partner to join our Risk team and help strengthen how risk is identified, understood and managed across the business.

Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager, you'll work with colleagues across a wide range of teams, helping to embed practical risk management and support positive outcomes for both our customers and our business.

At Covéa, we know there's no one-size-fits-all way of working. We actively support flexible hours, part-time options and different working patterns, and we encourage open conversations about what works best for you and your life.

We support informed decision-making, encourage a positive risk culture and help ensure the business continues to deliver for customers, colleagues and partners.

This is a collaborative team where curiosity, relationship building and continuous improvement are highly valued.
