As a Night Auditor at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, you’ll represent the hotel during overnight hours — providing warm, attentive guest service while also completing critical financial and operational tasks that keep our front office running smoothly. Located steps from the Superdome and in the heart of downtown’s vibrant energy, our hotel welcomes travelers from around the world. What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist guests with late‑night check‑ins, check‑outs, and inquiries
Complete nightly audit procedures, balancing daily transactions and verifying accuracy
Prepare and distribute reports for hotel leadership and departments
Monitor property activity and maintain a secure environment during overnight hours
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and effective problem‑solving
Process payments and maintain compliance with all cash‑handling and accounting procedures
Collaborate with overnight housekeeping, security, and engineering when needed
