Order Picker - Up to $23.55/hr

The Boar's Head Groveport Distribution Center operates across 3 shifts and shift availability will vary based on company needs.  

Shift pay & times are:

1st shift - $22.05/hr: 6:00a – 2:30p | Monday through Friday

2nd shift - $23.55/hr: 2:00p – 10:30p | Monday through Friday

3rd shift - $23.55/hr: 10:00p Sunday night through 6:30am Friday morning

Every effort will be made to accommodate shift requests, but specific shift availability is not guaranteed.  

Essential Functions

• Manages pick ticket orders. Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, Item Number, quantity, and quality requirements. Ensures that orders are accurate. Stages items correctly for delivery.
• Picking quota is 160 cases per hour. Accuracy and efficiency will be monitored daily/weekly.
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Responsible for performing tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Must keep pace with work area and team.
• Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team members.
• Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Must follow company’s GMP’s, SOP’s, Rules and Policies.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

This is a manual picking position and not a forklift operator - previous picking/packing experience is preferred but not required.
