The Senior Director of Inventory Sales Strategy leads the development, governance, and execution of strategies designed to optimize timeshare inventory utilization, project mix, sales occupancy, pricing, promotional offerings, and sales yield. This position directs the monthly inventory release process; establishes inventory sales policies, guidelines, controls, and authorization requirements; and develops recommendations for the Inventory Committee and senior leadership based on inventory availability, sales performance, financial impact, market conditions, and project-level risk.

The role oversees the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of inventory and pricing initiatives, including current-year and future-year occupancy strategies, deeded and trust product promotions, product driven pilots, new-buyer offers, inventory access by sales location, and project-specific sales strategies. The Senior Director ensures that approved decisions are translated into system requirements, inventory release and authorization forms, sales guidance, legal and compliance documentation, training materials, and timely field communications.

The position also leads cross-functional work with Sales, Inventory Management, Club, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Asset and Relationship Management, Legal, Contracts, Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, and Technology.
